Welcome to the Fundysuniqecustomkrafts Family, 

Making custom handmade items to order. Each design will have a slight variation due
to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order. 

PAYMENT 

Fundysuniqecustomkrafts accepts PayPal, If you do not have a
PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with your credit card or debit
card without signing up for a PayPal account. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  

LEAD TIME 

Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order
specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design
complexity. You will be notified before
payment if your order will take longer than 3 weeks. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom
orders. If you are not happy with your
order please email [email protected] If the error
occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be
charged.  

All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.
